any advice for me (its my first day of tuplamancy , im the host) . I read alot about different methods. What would u have liked your host to do that they maybe didnt do correctly in the first week so i could use said advice and use it to draw out my tupla and make it feel happy
The most important thing I can tell you is if you ever come across something you think doesn't make sense or seems unreasonable, you don't have to follow it. Tulpa guides are meant to be suggestions, not hard set-in-stone how to guides.
As for our early days- we definitely had a lot of issues when we started out. I think the most critical points are the following:
Tulpamancy shouldn't be stressful. If it is at any point, feel free to ask for help.
If you have any mental health conditions, I recommend a medical safety net (therapist, medication, etc.) while practicing
You ultimately get to decide who stays or not in your system. It's possible to work things out. How you all run your system is up to you
Otherwise, there was one time Gray accidentally muted me (lol), but honestly I have no idea how he managed to do that and I have never heard of anyone else talk about it. I think the typical as long as your tulpa is saying something that makes sense, you're on the right track(edited)
A long kiss goodnight

I like to clear my mind by imagining a wave crashing over and washing away my thoughts.
If you can’t visualize it, you can still make use of its powerful sound
11:19 PM
also, if you aren’t specifically intentionally thinking it for her, it’s her
11:19 PM
whether it is or not it’ll help for now if you believe it’s her
We have so many thoughts that are never labeled as anyone in particular. We’ve had whole ass conversations where we never established who the fuck was even talking. So I don’t think it’s even that big of a deal
This was written by our firs headmate, I'm not too sure how relevant it still is, since it's been two years, but a lot of people seemed to agree with it.
